2. PROTECTION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND

The current state of protection of agricultural land in the Raca municipality requires primarily the taking of measures to prevent the use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes, to take measures to prevent the fragmentation of arable agricultural land, to conduct regular soil fertility control and protection against Polish damage.

3. AGRICULTURAL LAND DEVELOPMENT

The consolidation of agricultural land was not carried out on the territory of the municipality of Rača, it is necessary to take measures on the development of the program of land consolidation.
The channel network for irrigation and drainage was not built in any cadastral municipality. This problem is especially pronounced in drought periods, so it is a limiting factor for the cultivation of certain agricultural crops, also in periods of high groundwater level, and a large amount of atmospheric precipitation of certain areas have been flooded, so it is necessary to take measures on the construction of the canal network.

Polish roads were significantly damaged and a large number of them were completely destroyed (too early, unregulated, etc.). Large areas of agricultural land are usurped by the owners and users of agricultural land. The shape and width of the Polish roads are unsuitable and impenetrable for the passage of modern machinery, since all Polish roads originate from the time of the original diameter 1931-1933. years.
